Lab Reports (pre-requisites)

Import searches: 

1. Navigate to population reporting in EMIS Web.
2. Select main directory of your organisation and create a folder name “*GPA*” 
3.  Download the searches here
4. Select the folder and click import on top ribbon.
   
5.  Click on the first button with 3 dots next to enquiry document. 
6. Choose the file "GPA - Lab Reports" that is sent via email after discovery workshop. Click Open. 
7. Click OK to import 

Hba1c – prediabetes accuRx template: 

If you want the bot to process Pre-Diabetes, please make sure you have acknowledged in the on-boarding form and follow the process below. 

1. Navigate to “Manage Organisation” in Accurx chain. 
2. Scroll to “Manage Templates” 
3. Click on the second tab of your organisation Templates  
4. Click “Create New”
   
5. Add the title of message “NDH (Prediabetes) offer to refer to NDPP” 
6.  Add the content as below:“
   1. Your recent sugar blood test shows you have Pre-Diabetes. https://www.diabetes.org.uk/preventing-type-2-diabetes/prediabetes We can refer you to a Programme to improve your lifestyle and stop you from getting Diabetes. Please reply to this message and we will do that. If you have already been referred, please let us know”
7. Tick the box of “Allow patients to respond once”
8. Add SNOMED code of “NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme invitation” using the dropdown.
9. Click Save.
