Common FAQs for lab reports bot

1. Bot is not processing certain results and skipping it? 

This means the results have not been mapped correctly as your clinical system. Please verify the name of reports you have provided in the on-boarding form.
If they do not match, please send us a support enquiry and we will update the mapping for you.

2. Bot does not start at all or failing at 20%?

This could be linked to various different reasons related to configuration files. Please send us a support enquiry and we will investigate it for you. 

3. Bot failing at 50%?

This happens when there was an unexpected pop up while bot was processing your lab reports. Examples of these include:
-Urgent messages received by the bot EMIS account.
-Uknown pop up which has not been handled by the software
If this happens, restart the bot using your cockpit account. 

4. Bot is processing all results but not Hba1c only?

This means either your reference ranges for Hba1c are different or your units are different. Please send us a message with a screenshot of your Hba1c. We will investigate your system.
