Cockpit - reconnect to server

If your cockpit has lost connection and you are getting "Bot station is offline" as an error. Please follow the steps below to reconnect.

1. Open your TruBot Cockpit application in the PC where it is installed.

2. If you get this pop up, that means the application is already open in the background. Follow step 3. If application opens follow step 4.

3. Open task tray on the bottom right of the windows desktop and double click on the TruBot application.

4. Click on the last cloud icon on the left side of application.

5. Click browse file and open the file sent to you by support team.

Your cockpit should now be connected and ask for login details, please ignore this and continue running the bot from cockpit website.
