Article summary

1. Cannot see your bot in the "bots" section of cockpit? 

Contact us and we will check the configuration of your cockpit system. 

2. While log in to cockpit, it says account not found or inactive? 

Contact us and we will check the configuration of your cockpit system. 

3. Forgot and resetting cockpit password? 

Navigate to the cockpit website cockpit.gpautomate.com and enter your username.
On next page you will see "Forgot Password?" as below. Click Forgot Password and you will get an email to reset your password. 

4. Aborted by user? 

Below image shows bot failed when job has been manually terminated by the user. You can restart the bot as it is by pressing play. See cockpit tutorial video for how to run bots.

5. Bot is unresponsive

Below image shows when bot is unresponsive, this means bot is stuck somewhere and cannot respond to the system. You can restart the bot as it is by pressing play. See cockpit tutorial video for how to run bots. 

6. Bot exception 

Please ensure all the settings are configured for the bot to run: 

1. Windows is logged into desktop and ready for bot to execute. 

2. EMIS account details you have given are correct. 

3. Accurx is logged into the defined account. 

Below image shows when bot has failed due to process or error. Please contact us by sending us a message in teams support to investigate the issue. 

7. "Bot station is offline" despite PC is on. 

This means the cockpit program disconnected from cloud. Please contact us via support request to reconnect your cockpit to cloud.
