      Batch messaging templates

      1. Navigate to “Manage Configuration” in Accurx.
      2. Scroll to “Manage Templates”
      3. Click “Create New”
      4. Create the below messages in Accurx with the exact details:

      ASTHMA ACT 25 - UNDER CONTROL *AUTOMATE*Thank you for filling in your Asthma questionnaire. Your asthma appears to have been UNDER CONTROL over the last 4 weeks. However, if you are experiencing any problems with your asthma, you should make an appointment to see either the Nurse or the Doctor. We recommend reviewing how to use your inhaler regularly, please click on the link: https://www.asthma.org.uk/advice/inhalervideos/Asthma annual review 
      ASTHMA ACT 20-24 - ON TARGET  Thank you for filling in your Asthma questionnaire. Your asthma appears to be REASONABLY WELL CONTROLLED over the last 4 weeks. However, if you are experiencing any problems with your asthma, you should make an appointment to see either the Nurse or the Doctor. We recommend reviewing how to use your inhaler regularly, please click on the link: https://www.asthma.org.uk/advice/inhalervideos/Asthma annual review
      ASTHMA ACT <20 -OFF TARGET NEEDS REVIEW *AUTOMATE*Thank you for filling in your Asthma questionnaire. Your asthma may NOT HAVE BEEN CONTROLLED during the past 4 weeks. Please book an appointment within the next few weeks to see the nurse to help improve your asthma control. We also recommend reviewing how to use your inhaler regularly, please click on the link:Asthma annual review 

      5. Scroll to the templates created and check the tick box for “Batch” 


      Import searches

      1. Navigate to population reporting in EMIS Web. 
      2. Select main directory of your organisation and create a folder name “*GPA*” 
      3. Select the folder and click import on top ribbon. 
      4. Import the XML search file named “GPA - Asthma Floreys.xml” in your population reporting. 

      Florey’s Accurx – Blood Pressure

      1. Navigate to “Manage Configuration” in Accurx.
      2. Scroll to “Manage Templates” 
      3. Click “Create New” 
      4. Create the below messages in accuRx with the exact details:

      Blood Pressure Result - HIGH BP - *AUTOMATE* Thank you for sending us your Blood pressure result. Your BP is a little high. Please can you book an appointment with the nurse to have a 24h Blood pressure recording. Please remember to also do exercise and decrease the salt in your dietReferral for 24 hour BP recording
      Blood Pressure Result - NORMAL BP - *AUTOMATE*Thank you for sending us your Blood pressure result. We are pleased to say that blood pressure is normal. Please continue to do exercise and decrease the salt in your diet. If you notice your blood pressure is increasing please book an appointment to discuss this further. NA

      Import searches

      1.  Navigate to population reporting in EMIS Web.
